Equipped with central air and heat and completely furnished except for linens and towels, it is comfortable and efficient.

Rental is by day (3 day minimum on weekends, 2 day minimum during the week), weekend, or week. Ideal for four couples, or 2 families, or organizational or corporate meetings. Sleeping accommodations for eight persons. All of the beds are King Size beds.

Weekends: 3 Day Minimum
Friday, Saturday, Sunday		 $980.00
Week: 7 Days $1,950.00
Mid-Week: 2 Day Minimum - Per Day
(housekeeping charge of $50)		 $250.00
Holiday Weekend: 4 Day Minimum

Plus Holiday		 $1230.00
Holiday Week: Christmas, New Years,
Thanksgiving, Easter		 $2100.00
Deposit: Required to Hold Reservation $250.00

Further Renting Information

Lease Payment: Must be paid in full 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations, Refunds: The reservation deposit will be returned after vacation use after the house keeper inspects the house and the tenant has returned the keys. The security deposit is not affected by normal wear and tear.  For cancellations of a said reservation, we will refund order if we receive/written notice 30 days from date of scheduled arrival.
Gatherings: No groups larger than those renting the home or groups which exceed the sleeping availability.
Pets: Strictly NOT allowed.
Smoking: This is a NO SMOKING property-home/grounds.
